- 16 oz Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 medium Cucumbers - peeled, seeded and chopped or shredded
- 2-3 cloves Garlic - minced
- ½ Lemon - juiced
- 2 T Olive Oil
- Dill Weed - fresh or dry (use 1 T fresh or 1 t dry)
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
- Mix the ingredients
- Chill until serving
